iciHaiti - Paris 2024 Olympic Games : In the 100m, Christopher Borzor eliminated in the 1st round
As part of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Saturday, August 3rd in the morning in athletics 100 meters men (preliminary round), Christopher Borzor, 25 years old, 183rd in the world ranking, representing Haiti qualified for the 1st round. Let's remember that to be qualified the runner had to be in the first 2 of each series (Q) and the next 4 best times (q) qualify for the first round.

Borzor achieved the best time of his series with 10.26 seconds and is therefore qualified, and the best overall time among the 46 runners divided into 6 series.

Let's remember that the world record is held by the Jamaican Usain Bolt with a time of 9.58 seconds

For the rest of the competition in the 1st round, Christopher Borzor failed to qualify for the semi-final.

Let's remember that to qualify for the semi-final you had to be in the first 3 of each series (Q) and the next 3 best times (q).

He achieved the 5th best time of his series with 10.28 seconds and is therefore eliminated. The best time of his series was achieved by the American Fred Kerly with 9.97 seconds.

Borzor finished 44th out of 69 runners.
