iciHaiti - PNH : Change of command at the head of the DCPA

As part of the changes that are being made in the chain of command of the Haitian National Police (PNH), Inspector General Arol Enol Alphonse has been installed as the new Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA). He succeeds Inspector General Frantz Mathurin who is transferred to the office of the Acting Director General of the PNH Rameau Normil

This change is part of Rameau Normil's strategies, aimed at revitalizing the police institution in order to better address current issues, including the dismantling of gang hotbeds.

In his speech for the occasion, Arol Enol Alphonse promised to get to work quickly to combat organized crime in all its forms, by meeting the expectations of the population and allowing them to go about their business with complete peace of mind.

The new Director says he is counting on the frank collaboration of everyone so that he can effectively face the challenges that await him.
