iciHaiti - Saint-Marc : 2 armed bandits arrested
The Saint-Marc Police proceeded to the arrest of Paul Julio and Darisma Jean Baptiste, alias "Black", for their alleged involvement in the armed attack perpetrated on the night of Friday June 14 to Saturday June 15, 2024 on the Company "Ti Malice", located in Ti Monette/Bas-Morne (Saint-Marc, Dept. Artibonite).

During this attack, the thugs disarmed two security agents of the company,
Believing that these armed individuals had abandoned the area after their crime, the leaders of "Ti Malice" subsequently boarded a truck filled with rice bound for Pont-Sondé. Unfortunately, before reaching the National Road, this truck was hijacked by the same armed men.

It should be noted that, on the same evening from Friday June 14 to Saturday June 15, 2024, the bandits also set fire to several houses in the Ti Monette area.

The Police in the city of Saint-Marc continue their operations against organized crime in all its forms, while actively searching for Paul Asmy, leader of the Ti Monette and Guiton gang.
