Raphaël As an engineer, Hosty has nearly 40 years of experience. He also worked in the construction of several infrastructures including those of National Schools in Grand Boucan, Boucan Carré and Roy Sec and the construction of the Montessori school in Freycinau in Saint-Marc It specializes in the study, execution and management of drinking water networks. he obtained his engineering degree from the Faculty of Sciences of the State University of Haiti (UEH) in 1980.
