Wednesday June 12, at the initiative of Commander-in-Chief a.i. Frantz Elbé and other members of the High Command of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), a wreath of flowers was placed at the foot of a stele, erected at premises of the National Police Academy in Pétion-ville, in memory of the police officers who were victims on duty.
