iciHaiti - Concacaf Women's U-17 Championship : «D-Day» Haiti vs El Salvador
This Saturday, January 3, 2024, as part of the U-17 Women's Championship, our Grenadières will face the "Cuscatlecas" of El Salvador for their 2nd match (1h00 p.m.)

Victorious Thursday against the "Ticas" of Costa Rica [2-1] thanks to a double from Lourdjina Étienne https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-41573-haiti-u17-women-s-championship-victory-for-haiti-[2-1]-against-costa-rica-video.html , the Grenadières occupy 2nd place in the standings of Group A behind the Mexicans who defeated El Salvador [3-0].

A Haitian victory must be the new objective of coach Marc Ogé and his players in order to at least consolidate their position in the standings before the last match against Mexico on February 5.

Let's remember that this 8th edition of the Concacaf U-17 women's championship is a qualifier for the FIFA World Cup, being played in Toluca, Mexico with the participation of eight selections which are divided into two groups: Mexico, Haiti, Costa Rica and Salvador in Group A, and United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and Panama in Group B.

The first two in each group will qualify for the semi-finals and the two finalists (winners of the 1/2 finals) will validate their ticket for the FIFA World Cup from October 16 to November 3rd, 2024 in the Dominican Republic.

Next and last group match (Group A) :
On February 5, our Grenadières will face the "Tricolor" of Mexico (Host Country)
