iciHaiti - USA : Beneficiaries of the Conditional Stay Program can travel to Haiti under conditions
Beneficiaries of the Biden Administration's Humanitarian Parole program once in the United States can travel to Haiti according to an established procedure and a fee of US$575

The beneficiary must submit a travel authorization request by completing form I-131 which can be found at this address: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-131.pdf

US immigration will require a valid documented justification (a legitimate emergency or any other reason explaining the reason for travel(s) to one's country of origin) to obtain authorization from US authorities.

Be careful, upon return there is a risk of being sent back to Haiti if the beneficiary is not able to correctly answer the questions of American immigration agents.
