Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) thanked in a special way the population of Haiti in general and all organized groups of Civil Society in particular, as well as its international partners for their invaluable assistance to efforts to maintain peace and security in Haiti, more precisely in the metropolitan region of Port-au-Prince and its surroundings, and in certain places in the Artibonite department prey to indiscriminate violence armed gangs.

During this holiday season, the PNH has renewed to everyone its unwavering desire to continue the fight for a return to normal life so that there reigns in minds and homes a feeling of security favorable to social and economic development.

The Directorate once again takes this opportunity to wish everyone a happy end-of-year celebration and a New Year 2024 in solidarity and Peace. the serenity and love of our dear Haiti.
