iciHaiti - Football : Raising awareness on the protection of minors 29/11/2023 10:27:29
Under the watchful eye of trainers from the NGO "Terre des Hommes", a partner of the FHF, the first local safeguarding agents, from academies and schools, were on the ground in two separate sessions which saw the participation of children in order to create a healthy environment conducive to their development in the sporting environment. These awareness sessions are particularly aimed at children in the U-13 to U-17 categories, who are instilled with the basic concepts that will allow them to better understand any violation of their rights during their stay in sports institutions. By training academy instructors and raising awareness among apprentice footballers, the FHF guarantees compliance with standards and gives itself the means to have a respectful and dignified space for these children to learn. This training-awareness module will be continued across all departments.
