Electricity of Haiti (EDH) on Harry Truman Boulevard, not far from Village-de-Dieu controlled by Johnson André, alias "Izo", in order to preserve the lives of its employees, is forced to move its head office, whose facade bear numerous bullet holes from several shootings, by armed individuals who clash daily in a bloody territorial war in the area...

As for equipment, the institution is waiting to find space for vehicles, electrical equipment, heavy machinery, which are still at the Bicentenary. However, the EDH store cannot be moved from the head office, due to the large quantity of equipment it contains, it remains under 24/7 security, the store having already been burglarized several times.
