Guito Édouard, the Director of DINEPA on a radio station in the capital, said he was worried, DINEPA staff no longer having access to the Mariani site, he does not know if the valves supplying the other catchments from of this station are still operating and believes that the water quality control unit is no longer able to carry out its work.
