Sunday November 5, 2023 in the commune of Cap, police officers from the Center Department arrested Saint-Victor Raimer for his involvement in an armed attack against the population of Saut-d'Eau last September. According to information provided by the police, he conspired with several other gang members from other localities to sow trouble in the town, causing numerous victims...

Police officers from the Center department have already asked the Northern police authorities to transfer Saint-Victor Raimer in order to answer questions from the prosecution.

The police continue to investigate and search for all individuals whose hands are involved in acts of armed violence against the civilian population and request everyone's cooperation to identify, arrest and bring these individuals to justice.
