The Association of Volunteers for the Reintegration of Prisoners in Haiti (AVRED-Haiti) mission is to work with Haitian prisoners for rapid social reintegration with the aim of reducing the rate of crime and recidivism throughout the country.

Its practical work workshops are ways for incarcerated minors at the Reintegration Center for Minors in Conflict with the Law (CERMICOL) to learn new things and contribute to the reduction and proliferation of plastic waste that pollutes the environment and disrupt the ecosystem.

As part of its practical workshops, incarcerated minors never cease to amaze with their ingenuity and know-how.

Note that objects made by detainees are available for sale at the AVRED-Haiti office at #14, Ruelle Fabien, Rue Chardonniere, Delmas 33, Port-au-Prince.
