iciHaiti - PNH : Important command meeting

Frantz Elbé, the Acting Director General of the Haitian National Police (PNH) organized on September 18, 2023, an important command meeting with the West Departmental Directors 1 and 2 and the heads of the specialized units of the PNH, engaged in the field in operations, at the level of the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince.

The assessment of the security situation, the implementation of new strategies during police operations and interventions to combat organized crime more effectively, among others, were discussed during this meeting.

At the end of the meeting, Frantz Elbé gave clear instructions to the heads of the jurisdictions concerned so that they take all necessary measures to continue operations with the aim of dismantling all hotbeds of armed gangs which are sowing panic in the population.
