The former Colombian military members of the commando always refused to speak when questioned by one of the 4 judges previously assigned to the case who all resigned for various reasons... The first two suspects (Naiser Franco Castañeda and Jhon Jairo Alegria Suarez) were transported Monday and Tuesday from Haiti's main penitentiary in downtown Port-au-Prince to a government office near Pétion-Ville, where they were subjected to interrogations by judge Walther Wesser Voltaire.
