iciHaiti - France : Donation of 2 dogs specialized in the detection of drugs and explosives

The Internal Security Service of the French Embassy in Haiti handed over two dogs specializing in the search for narcotics and explosives at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince.

These animals were entrusted to the Office for the Fight against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) at the airport.

For a week, from August 14 to 21, the trainer who trained the dogs carried out numerous exercises in real conditions at the airport as well as at the canine base.

This action was carried out like last year with funds from the Interministerial Mission for the Fight against Drugs and Addictive Behaviours. It is important to note that Port-au-Prince airport currently has three dogs, all provided by France.
