Following the theft of more than a hundred cell phones by an unidentified individual pretenting to be an official of the Ministry of National Education in the rooms of two examination centers housed with the Brothers of Christian Instruction (FIC ) in downtown Cap-Haitien on August 1st, 2023, the Departmental Directorate of Education of the North (DDEN) invites all staff recruited for the baccalaureate to be vigilant about the access to an examination center...

The DDNE reminds that according to the formal regulations of the ministry and disseminated everywhere, any person wishing to have access to an examination center must be clearly identified and must have the authorization required by the central officials of the ministry in this sense.

The DDEN also informs that precautionary measures have been adopted in the Center concerned by this theft. Thus, the manager, the supervisor and the exam supervisor assigned to the rooms where the exams took place were relieved of their duties and replaced by other teaching professionals.

The Departmental Directorate presents its sympathy to all the victims of this theft and reserves the right to file a complaint against x in the face of this act of banditry.
