Saturday, June 24, 2023 in Washington D.C., Frantz Elbé, the Director General a.i. of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) and Barry Junker, the Director of the Office of International Affairs of Law Enforcement (INL / US Embassy) , accompanied by the Inspectors General Francène Moreau, participated in the Master's degree ceremony for 4 Principal Commissioners of the PNH with scholarships, having successfully completed their one-year training in Continental Defense and Security, at the Inter-American College of Defense (CID/IADC).

This is the 62nd promotion graduated by the Inter-American Defense College to which the Principal Commissioners Marie Adeline D. Gilles, Maunaude Charles, Rodrigue Pierre and Roger Lamartinière, have been part.

Note that this scholarship program is funded by the INL, the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Haitian Government.
