The police of the city of Saint-Marc arrested Ulysse Estenio alias "corporal" and Aniel Ronaldo, members of a gang specializing in burglary, theft in cars, theft of motorcycles among others in one of the areas where members of the population are still subjected to acts of violence such as Fresino, Corridor madan senta, Cité Saye...

The police in their investigation found a Winchester Caliber 30.30mm model 94AE rifle which allowed investigators to trace this gang.

During the interrogations, the 2 individuals recognized the gun. Aniel confessed that he and his accomplice Ulysse Estenio specialized in motorcycle theft.
