iciHaiti - Obituary : Alix Auciel, the former defender of Violette Athletic Club left us 13/06/2023 09:23:59
Alix, who was 52 years old and who only knew one club, Violette AC, throughout his career, was an influential member of the golden generation who had allowed Haitian football to return to the international scene, in the youth categories, under the direction of Professor Patrice Dumont, on the occasion of the qualifiers for the Barcelona 1992 Olympic Games. He was also part of the group of selected Haitians who had played in the qualifiers for the USA 94 World Cup under the direction of Ze Nono Jean Baptiste. While waiting to know the date of his funeral, the FHF offers its condolences to his family, his parents, to Violette AC, to all his friends, as well as to the big family of National Football.
