Statement : "In the concern that we have for the safety of the people who live in the commune against the bandits who are beginning to invade us, the Town Hall together with the local authorities, the judicial authorities, and the political authorities have taken the following decisions : 1- No one can receive a stranger at home ; 2- Before a person receives a relative or a stranger, he must go without delay to the police station with the person; 3- Anyone who has just seen a relative or a stranger at home must go without delay to the Aquin police station or to a CASEC with this person; 4- Anyone who sees a stranger in their area or at a neighbor's must quickly notify the authorities of the section or the authorities of the city.
