The Ministry of Environment and the United Nations Development Program UNDP, through the National Adaptation Plan (NAP) project, launched a 4-day Forum on Climate Finance and Climate-Sensitive Budgeting.

This activity aims on the one hand to raise awareness and contribute to building the capacities of key actors on climate finance and on the other hand, to promote solutions, technologies and good practices tested with success or in perspective in the environmental field and in in the fight against climate change.

This Forum, which ended on March 11, was structured around three components:

1 - Training on climate finance and climate-sensitive budgeting;

2 - Conferences and debates on financing strategies, mechanisms and tools for monitoring investments and climate actions, the blue economy, etc...

3 - Exhibitions (open doors) on relevant achievements, technologies and innovative solutions successfully tested in the agricultural, infrastructure, water resources, waste management sectors.
