iciHaiti - Ceremony : Tribute to 10 professional women of Public Administration (List) 09/03/2023 10:15:54
The Ministry for the Status of Women and Women's Rights (MCFDF) organized on March 7 at the El Rancho hotel a ceremony of tribute to professional women of the public administration.
Held at the El rancho hotel in the presence of several Ministers including, Sofia LORÉUS (Status of Women), Luz Kurta Cassandra FRANÇOIS (Tourism), Nazareth AUGUSTE (Diaspora), Raymonde RIVAL (Youth and Sports), the Secretary General of the Primature and of a few executives from various institutions, among others, this tribute ceremony aimed to highlight the skills and careers of these women in the service of the Nation as a prelude to International Women's Day.
In her speech for the occasion, Sofia LORÉUS congratulated these valiant women for the impeccable work they do within their respective institutions.
List of the 10 honored women :
- Ms Huguette SOUFFRANT: head of service in the communication and training department, 28-year career at the Secretariat of State for Literacy;
- Ms. Karine CONDÉ: Director of the School, hotelier for the Ministry of Tourism for 11 years;
- Ms. Chistianne SAINT-LOUIS: Administrative Director at the MCFDF for 20 years;
- Mrs Anne Marie LEGRAND: Chief of Protocol, 27-year career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Ms. Mie Bénitha ÉXUMÉ: Technical advisor with a 16-year career at the Ministry of Public Health;
- Ms. Cherèse Nirva LOUIS: Communications Director, 11-year career at the Ministry of Haitians Living Abroad;
- Mrs. Molène CADET: Accountant with 22 years of career at the Ministry of Social Affairs;
- Ms. Sherly Tanis CATOR: Director of educational radio, 11 years of career at the Ministry of National Education;
- Ms. Nirva C. LAPOMERAY: Director of Civic Action, 15-year career at the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action;
- Ms. Bernice Kavanagh CLEMENT: Director of NGO coordination, 18 years of career at the Minister of Planning and External Cooperation.
This tribute ceremony to these professional women of the public administration benefited from the unconditional support of the Prime Minister Office.
