On Saturday February 4th, 2023, armed individuals kidnapped Kineton Louis the Director General of the National Equipment Center (CNE) in the afternoon in Meyotte (Commune of Pétion-ville) while he was going to his home in Boutillier.
Let's remember that the Meyotte area is under the control of the "Kraze Baryè" gang led by Chief Vitelhomme Innocent operating in Torcel and the outlying neighborhoods.
It is unknown for the moment if the kidnappers have contacted the relatives of the Director in order to demand a ransom...
