iciHaiti - Social : 4 Haitian organizations, funded by the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives
The Embassy of Canada in Haiti through the Canadian Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI) has provided financial support, for the fiscal year 2022-2023, to 4 local Haitian associations.

APDESEN :
As part of water management, funding was granted to the APDESEN Association for the drilling of a well and the establishment of a pumping station, treatment and distribution of drinking water in benefit of several households in the city center of the municipality of St Michel de L'Attalaye (Artibonite Dept.)

CDECH HAITI :
As part of climate action and risk mitigation, funding was granted to CDECH HAITI for the transformation of plastic bottles into works of art and the production of solar ovens by women and girl-mothers of the commune of Anse-à-galets (West Dept.)

GACIDD Haiti :
Canada through FCIL, supports climate action and water management through funding granted to Gacidd for a water supply system with two kiosks under construction in Mare Rouge, Turtle Island (Northwest Dept.)

RAFELD :
Canada through FCIL takes into account the economic rights of women and has granted funding to RAFELD for the training of young girls in Information and Communication Techniques (ICT) and support in the development of their business plans.
