Organized in Haiti from December 12 to 18, this detection phase ended with an individual evaluation of each of the last 30 selected, not only from the base group of the U-14 national team, champion of the CFU challenge Series in 2021 but also teams against which the technical management has organized evaluation oppositions; thus, players in this category born in 2006, from the Palmes region, through "Palms all Stars", those of a TAP IN selection, FC Champion and LEG-A-Z, have all been evaluated and the best were chosen to join group 2 of detection, as was done in Florida (November 22 to 30) during the first phase https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-38170-haiti-world-u-17-peru-2023-selections-of-the-grenadiers-for-the-last-eliminatory-phase.html In the first half of January the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) will organize the final stage with the merger of the two groups previously formed. They will be around 30 contenders from which will emerge the selection of the 20 players summoned for these Concacaf qualifiers which will be played in Guatemala. The objective of the FHF and the technical staff remains the qualification of Haiti for a third U17 men's world cup after 2007 and 2019; Coach Angelo Jean Baptiste is optimistic and welcomes the efforts of the FHF which has put the means allowing him to anticipate certain aspects that are sometimes disabling for our selections.  Let's rcall that Haiti is in Group H alongside El Salvador, Suriname and Honduras.
