Jean Baptiste Joukov Gali resident of Pestel found petaloid axes (pre-Columbian stones) while plowing the soil.

Wanting to make the link between the community and public institutions, he contacted the National Bureau of Ethnology (BNE) in order to hand over these artefacts so that they could be inventoried classified and valued in this institution which has for mission to identify, classify and/or preserve archaeological objects found on national territory.

Jean Baptiste Joukov Gali was received this week by Jean Erol Josué, Director General of the BNE which did not hide his joy and praised the citizen's gesture that this young man had and above all took advantage of this opportunity to encourage everyone to adopt the same behavior as the latter in order to enable the BNE to pursue its mission.
