iciHaiti - Health : Cholera at the national penitentiary already 9 deaths

The Ministry of Public Health informs the population that cases of cholera have been detected at the national penitentiary of Port au Prince.
For now, 2 cases are confirmed, 39 suspected cases and 9 deaths have been counted by the epidemiology, laboratories and research department.
All the departments of the Ministry are hard at work to limit the spread of Cholera on the national territory.
The Ministry asks the population to continue to respect the rules of hygiene and to go to the nearest health center in case of vomiting and acute, profuse diarrhea.
