iciHaiti - France : Closing of the RAID training course for specialized agents of the PNH
As part of the operational and tactical capacity building of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), Frantz Elbé, the Acting Director General of the PNH participated this week in the closing ceremony of the training course (sanctioned by a diploma ) organized by the elite unit of the French Police RAID (Research, Assistance, Intervention, Dissuasion) for specialized units : Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI), Fight Office against Drug Trafficking (BLTS) and the SWAT of the PNH, on "intervention techniques in hostile environments".

This ceremony took place among others in the presence of the Ambassador of France in Haiti Fabrice Mauries, members of the French cooperation, Inspectors General Joany Canéus and Frédéric Leconte, respectively Central Director of the Administrative Police (DCPA) and Central Director of the Judicial Police (DCPJ)…

In his speech, the French Diplomat, Fabrice Mauries, renewed France's commitment to continue to support the police institution in its missions to restore public order and fight effectively against armed gangs.

The French delegation took the opportunity to donate a batch of computer equipment to the Office of Financial and Economic Affairs (BAFE), an entity of the DCPJ.
