Welton Jourvens, was arrested in Decouze, on board a public transport bus, during a routine check, when he was going to take refuge in the metropolis of the South-East. According to the first elements of information, Welton Jourvens had become the 2nd leader of this group of gangs, after the death of the Chief "Babout", so known, who had been mortally wounded in exchanges of fire with the forces of order.
