Since Saturday a set of branches of the National Bank of Credit (BNC) have been closed, others have been open without providing all the services to customers, causing customer dissatisfaction and general misunderstanding, this following a "technical problem" explains the bank.

In a note "the BNC apologizes to its kind customers for the unexpected interruption of its services due to a technical problem.

Our technicians are working hard to resume operations as soon as possible. The BNC is counting on everyone's understanding and patience."
