iciHaiti - Fuel : Timid resumption of activities at the Varreux oil terminal 15/07/2022 10:24:31
Thursday, July 14, 2022, Haiti's main oil terminal in Varreux resumed its activities paralyzed since July 8 due to violent armed clashes between gangs that had forced deliveries to stop.
On Wednesday, taking advantage of a relative drop in the intensity of the clashes, the vessel "MT Lora" unloaded a cargo of 70,000 barrels of gasoline at Terminal Varreux Thursday it was the vessel "MT Citrine" which was able to unload a cargo of 45,000 barrels of diesel.
