After the warnings of last March https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-36292-icihaiti-cap-haitien-operation-free-sidewalks-the-city-takes-action.html the Municipal Administration of Cap-Haitien asks all people in the city center and communal sections to free up the spaces they occupy at the edge of the streets to make garages, put carcasses of vehicles, store scrap metal, do car washing activitiesand others...

"The Town Hall, together with the justice system, the police and Public Works, is giving these people 8 days to vacate the street..

From Tuesday, June 21, 2022, arrangements will be made to move anything that occupies public space and it is the owners who will have to pay for the removal.
