iciHaiti - BasketBall : Former NBA players in Cap-Haitien
A delegation of several retired players from the National Basketball Association (NBA) is currently staying in Cap-Haitien.

Members of the organization Sports Power, based in Baltimore, Maryland, the delegation led by Bill Alexson was welcomed by Mrs. Yvrose Pierre, Mayor of Cap-Haitien.

"We're very happy to be here, not only for basketball clinics, but also to try to help the young people of this city," said Bill Alexson President of Sports Power, during the presentation of the former players of the NBA, member of the delegation.

"In addition to supervising young Haitians, talented in basketball, there are also other more important aspects to accomplish, to help the city," said Mamadou N'Diay, former player of the Golden State Warriors.

During their stay, former NBA players must, among other things, play a Gala match with a team made up of the best players from the Innovation Basketball OKAP (IBO) league, this Sunday, May 29, 2022 at the Gymnasium Champ de Mars.
