Wednesday morning, a delegation from the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien composed of the Deputy Mayor, Mr. Patrick Almonor, and the Head of Partnership and External Cooperation, Mr. Charles Philippe Bernoville, had a fruitful working session with the Director of Cap-Haitien International Airport, Mr. Édouane Pierre.
