iciHaiti - Warning : Mandatory life jacket

Eric Prevost Jr. Director General of the General Directorate of the Maritime and Navigation Service of Haiti (SAMANAH) once again informs the general public, users and seafarers that wearing lifejackets is compulsory for everyone on board.
Eric Prevost Jr. warned that "Failure to comply with this measure will result in severe penalties in accordance with Article 401 of the Maritime and Navigation Code of Haiti.
