iciHaiti - Guatemala : 54 Haitian migrants discovered in a truck trailer

On Tuesday, during a road check, police in Guatemala discovered in a truck trailer, 54 illegal Haitian migrants including 14 children, who were heading for Mexico in the hope of reaching the United States, according to the police authorities.
Two Guatemalans suspected of driving the truck were arrested, police spokesman Jorge Aguilar said.
The Haitians were "immediately assisted and transported to the border with Honduras", from where they entered Guatemala illegally.
