Haiti - Environment : No more garbage collection in Cap-Haitien
The Municipal Administration of Cap-Haitien brings to the attention of the general public and the citizens of the municipality in particular that due to the persistent shortage of fuel in the country, the Town Hall is unable to continue to regularly collect garbage in the various districts of the municipality.

The Municipal Commission asks the population to show collaboration and understanding while waiting for this crisis of petroleum products to be completely resolved.

Therefore, the Communal Administration of Cap-Haitien apologizes to the population for the inconvenience caused by this situation and at the same time requests the support of the owners of gas stations to prioritize certain private or public institutions, such as Hospitals, Schools and in particular the MTPTC and SNGRS which are also important entities in the context of garbage collection in the municipality.
