iciHaiti - Justice : Arrest of the former Magistrate at the Court of Cassation Wendelle Coq Thelot

In the context of the assassination of President Jovenel Moïse on July 7, Me Claude Bed-Ford, the Government Commissioner of Port-au-Prince issued a warrant dated July 23, 2021, against the judge who sat at the Court of Cassation, Wendelle Coq Thelot, who was the subject of a wanted notice, to answer the charges of assassination and armed robbery "to the prejudice of the President of the Republic Jovenel Moïse" according to the wording of mandate.
