At the beginning of the week, Branly Eugene, the Director General of the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development proceeded to the installation of Ms. Marie Carmel Valoune B. Jean François as Director General of the Center for Research and Agricultural Development (CRDA) and Jean Martineau Bince as coordinator of the Coordination Unit of Departmental Agricultural Directorates (UCDDA).

"These two experienced executives have demonstrated their skills within the Ministry" underlined Branly Eugene who encouraged them to keep the bar high and to continue to prove their potential, "because these positions, they won them at the sweat from their brow."

In her intervention Marie Carmel Valoune B. Jean François reiterated her desire to advance the CRDA. She pleaded for popularization of the work carried out in order to allow the CRDA to enjoy a certain visibility and the general public to benefit from the benefits that this research can bring.

Jean Martineau Bince, for his part, sought the support of the various hierarchical structures to respond effectively and efficiently to the requirements of the position and in the accomplishment of the various tasks that await him.
