iciHaiti - Petit-Goâve : Inauguration of the Legal Assistance Office 02/06/2021 09:48:20
This launching ceremony chaired by Me Gélès Pierre, took place in the presence among others of representatives of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Me Fritzner Duclair, Dean of the Court of First Instance, investigating judges, lawyers, bailiffs and clerks and members of civil society... All the speeches converged in the same direction "Allow the poor to have access to justice" and fight prolonged preventive detention. It should be remembered that it was the UNDP which financed the construction of the building housing the BAL.
