iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : 8 days left to pay the rental tax (CFPB)
In order to guarantee the right to private property in an equitable manner and without any pretext relating to the non-payment of taxes, the Municipal Administration of Cap-Haitien reminds taxpayers and owners of houses located in the city center and in the municipal sections which are not yet in order with the tax authorities, that the deadline for paying the Contribution Foncière des Properties Bâties (CFPB) commonly called "Rental tax", expires on March 31, 2021, ie in 8 clear days.

The Municipal Administration of Cap-Haitien invites taxpayers of the municipality who would have payment difficulties, to go to the Tax Service of the Town Hall to benefit from payment terms that will take into account the current socio-economic situation of the country unfortunately influencing on their personal financial situation.

Concerned about the well-being of the community and the peace of mind of Capoises and Capois, the Municipal Administration leaves its doors open to all taxpayers who have a patriotic desire to pay the Land Contribution of Built Properties (CFPB) before the deadline of March 31 to avoid the penalties provided for by the Haitian tax code in the event of late payment.
