After the delivery of a letter of appointment to more than a hundred contractual agents of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC) at the beginning of the year, Minister Ronald Gérard D'Mézard proceeded with this week to the granting tenure of another hundred women and men who have contributed for years to the development of the activities of the Ministry.

"It is by no means expected that a woman or a man putting their skills, experiences and know-how at the service of the State will keep their status of contract worker for ten years... The public administration must guarantee a career and a retirement for those who have enabled the State to serve the population," acknowledged Minister D'Mézard.

By establishing nearly 200 contractual agents, the Minister D'Mézard has regularized, among other things : the situation of professionals holding a license and a master's degree and occupying very low-level positions, technicians essential to their service under contract for nearly 20 years, of State scholars...

The Minister clarified that it was not a favor to anyone, considering it fair to repair some wrongs caused to these employees.
