Thursday in the zone "La Tremblay" (at the limits of the communes of Ganthier and Croix-des-Bouquets), armed individuals hijacked a bus which was carrying students.

These kidnappers who could be members of the "400 mawozo" Gang decided to release one of the students later but kept the bus.

For some parents whose children have been temporarily taken hostage by these criminals, this kind of situation is unbearable and they urge the authorities concerned to put an end to these kidnappings, the attacks against the population and the general insecurity. Other worried parents are considering keeping their children at home due to lack of security on the streets.
