iciHaiti - Urban planning : Project to recover and enhance the Boulevard of Cap-Haïtien

As part of the project to recover and enhance the Boulevard of Cap-Haïtien, the municipal authorities of Capoise, informs that they have received a first proposal last week.
For now, this proposal, which prioritizes streets 5 to 24 boulevard, is under discussion and the opinions of all those who would be interested in this project are eagerly awaited, political considerations aside.
The municipal authorities are convinced that another city of Cap-Haitien is possible with the involvement of the daughters and sons of the North evolving both in Haiti and abroad, adding "This intelligent contribution is necessary today for the capois urban development process."
