Pradel Henriquez, Minister of Culture, invites the driving forces of our society and the entire population to reflect on the Dessalinian ideal "the dream of a prosperous and unified Nation". In this time of turmoil and anguish, Minister Henriquez who "believes that no one in the world, whatever their level of leadership, can truly govern a people torn apart, calls for serenity and dialogue, in order to keep intact the spirit of the Founding Fathers of our Nation [...] [...] It is clear that the spirit of the Emperor, brutally murdered on October 17 like today, continues to haunt us.
