The inaugural day of the Haitian Professional Football Championship (CHFP) took place without incident to report throughout the national territory. The 9 scheduled matches took place under the direction of a "women's" refereeing and all the first division teams set foot on their respective grounds to face their opponents on September 5 and 6.

However, the health instructions, which were not completely respected, made the subject of debate at the level of the direction of the competitions. Thus, urgent reactions, asking the receiving teams to apply the instructions more rigorously have been decided in order to prevent the conduct of the Championship from being a vector for the spread of Covid-19.
