The ceremony took place at the National Book Directorate (DNL), in Pacot, in the presence of Camy Depas, Director General of the Ministry of Culture "Read the Book" offers young schoolchildren classes between NS1 and NS4, training in reading techniques, writing (summaries and comments) of novels by Haitian authors.
