iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : Development process of the southern entrance
In Cap-Haitien, the local authorities have just reached an agreement with several civil and political sectors, including the central government, to begin the process of developing the southern entrance to the Christophian city.

To this end, the inhabitants of the Barrière-Bouteille zone are asked to present their title deeds to the Cap-Haitien City Hall in the coming days due to the planned demolition work on the houses occupying both sides of Barrière-Bouteille and the hill of the same name. An official note should be published shortly to inform public opinion on this subject and also to make public the work schedule.

Local authorities take the opportunity to invite all those who have lost their homes to Shada https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-31092-icihaiti-cap-haitien-demolition-operation-of-houses-on-the-capois-coast-in-progress.html , to present their title deeds to the Cap-Haïtien City Hall which will forward them to the North Delegation which in turn will forward them to the Ministry of the Interior and Communities Territorial.

This week will be discussed a first development proposal for Barrière-Bouteille designed in April 2013 by the architect Achille Neat of the Institute for the Protection of National Heritage (ISPAN).
