iciHaiti - FAd’H : Death of Colonel Victor Cinéas 07/07/2020 09:49:01
The Minister recalls that Colonel Cinéas served the military institution "with honor and merit until the last day of his life". An agronomist by training, a graduate of the State University of Haiti, Colonel Cinéas worked particularly on agricultural farms in the army in the Southeast Department (Thiotte / Savante Zombie). He was in the post of special adviser to the High Staff, responsible for recruiting and training young agronomists to reconstitute the FAd’H agronomists' corps, when death struck him. In this sad circumstance the Minister Dorneval "presents his most moved sympathies to his family, to the military institution, to the members of the High Staff of the FAd'H, to his classmates and to his close friends."
